Registration with the Site: Prior to using certain parts of the Site or placing an order with the Site, you must first register or create an account with the Site. During registration, Allied Bolt will ask you to provide us with certain personal information, including your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, fax number, email address, and credit card or debit card number or checking account information.This information is used by Allied Bolt to place and fulfill your order, to communicate with you about your order, to facilitate the return of an item or to make an exchange and for internal marketing purposes.

Allied Bolt takes commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of the information you send to us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. Specifically, Allied Bolt uses firewalls, encryption technology and cryptographic protocols to provide security over the Internet, and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for all financial transactions conducted on the Site. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through the Site. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Allied Bolt retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected and to comply with applicable laws, and your consent to such purposes(s) remains valid after termination of our relationship with you.
California Civil Code §§ 1798.83–1798.84 gives California residents the right to request information from us which describes the categories of personal information that we share with affiliated companies or third parties for direct marketing purposes.
